Where are you located?: We manufacture our carts in Eastern Ontario, Canada.
What do you offer that other sites do not?: We communicate with each individual customer to meet his or her needs so that we can deliver a top quality cart to the door step on time.
Where can you ship to?: Anywhere in the world.
How long will a cart last?: Our carts are made from polished #4, 18 gage stainless steel. With very little maintenance, your cart can last a lifetime.
If my cart is damaged can I buy replacement parts?: All parts are interchangeable and available for purchase from us.
How does your water system work?: Please click here for a detailed view of our water systems.
Can I return my cart?: If, for any reason, a cart fails to operate as advertised, we insist that it is returned for replacement or full refund.
Can I visit your manufacturing plant to view your carts in production?: Yes, you are welcome anytime. Please contact us to make an appointment.
How much money can I make with my cart?: The sky is the limit. Your income will depend on your location, but as a general rule, you can earn about $1000 per normal work week.
What is your warranty?: We provide a limited warranty. The period of coverage is one year and it applies to all parts.
If I buy more than one cart do I get a discount?: We will be happy to negotiate a price that will suit your needs.
Do you give wholesale discounts or sell to resellers?: Yes. We are always looking for wholesale and reseller opportunities.

Can you help me if my cart is vandalized or stolen?: Yes! Every cart comes with a personalized ownership in your name. Your cart will be stamped with a serial number matching your ownership. In the event of vandalism or theft, your local police department may contact us to get your contact details. This is a premium service in the food vending cart industry.
